Responded to water leaking on floor. Customer explained water overflowing from t off evap coil. Poured 28 floz water into tee. Found water building up.. another clean out in front of furnace shows no water build up. Blockage between two tees. Flushed drain poured 6/7-28 floz water bottles into drain. Water properly getting disposed. Quoted ho1 for repair due to gold option chosen at last visit. Found male adapter from drain pan broken inside pan. Caulk was used to seal. Advised customer could break pan if trying to extract.. advised he could attempt caulking. Ballparked hf8a for replacement pan. Customer is not interested.

Responded to no cool found voltage absorption system swollen dead. Contactor has burned up and unit is in thermal lockout due to dirty coil. HN13 customer chose option D replaced parts cycled system and added surge protection started system. 20 degree deltat. Unit running upon departure.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2006 Bryant air conditioning system found 45/7.5 voltage absorption system reading 45/7.5. 86 inrush amps. 20 degree deltat. Replace 16251 filter. Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2020 trane ac system. Found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 39.7/4.9. 60 inrush amps. No issues found at this time. Replaced 20201 filter. 20 degree deltat.

Furnace cycled into second stage properly running with 9.75%o2. 0 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. 20254 filter in need of replacement. Offered replacement with filter on van. Customer stated he will replace himself.
Responded to furnace no keeping up customer stated seems to take a while to cycle on. Found corrosion in drain line. Cleared trap. Furnace is running at this time. Before departure furnace faulted on inducer issue. Found voltage being sent to inducer but motor was not operating. Will call for pricing and availability in morning

0 Completion Notes: Perpfmred yearly maintenance and safety checks on Lennon 90% furnace. 6 ppm co in flu 12% o2 38 degree deltat. Furnace cycled into high stage properly running with 8.75%o2 0 ppm co in flu 48 ohm on ignition. No concerns at this time replaced 20-25-4 filter
Customer stated buddy had looked at it. Said something to do with a sensor. Found furnace would cycle up to lighting but failed to light. Found 27 volts from board. Voltage dropped in 9 pin molex plug. Also found concerns with board being significantly corroded as well as blower motor. Water damage apparent throughout blower cabinet. During testing found technician could shut off HSI with probes in plug. Also found grinding noise coming from inducer motor. Informed customer of issues. Called for pricing and availability on control board and plug. Cannot get plug. Advised customer cannot get parts to fix system. And offered quote. Customer asked for ballpark. Ballparked 4000-5500 informed customer of 0 % financing options customer denied quote for new furnace. Collected service charge
Customer stated water running from Corner above furnace. Found drain clogged not allowing proper drainage. Offered to blow out current drain or replace due to customer stating ac is newer. Customer chose to blow out drain and sign up for yearly maintenance. Blew out drain. Poured roughly 30 oz water on drain to ensure proper disposal. Advised customer to annually pour vinegar in drain to help keep clear. Due to severity of clog advised customer to get vinegar to pour down drain for next 2-3 months then proceed annually. No further concerns
