We came out to repair a Byrant AC unit. We checked and cleaned every part of the system inside and out including the condensate drain which was a bit clogged from grass and debris. We flushed the pipe and the unit was functioning well on our departure. The customer was happy with our fast and friendly service.

This client's child has very bad allergies and wanted an air quality check for their home. Our expert technicians scheduled an appointment and came right away to put them at ease. We found a high quantity of fine particulate matter or PM2.5 and recommended installing a better HEPA filter or a ULPA filter which are up to 99% effective. They were impressed by our knowledgeable staff and clear information.

The customer called us because they were concerned that their AC was too old to survive the summer. We came out and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. Several components were damaged and showing signs of age. We gave our best price for a new energy-efficient HVAC system and explained how they can actually save money on energy compared to their old AC.

After a thunderstorm, this client could not get their AC to turn back on. We came out right away and found the problem. We recommended they install a surge protector for their HVAC unit to avoid this problem in the future. They were happy they called Sears.
