Responded to low humidity call found proper voltage at solenoid valve valve stuck closed quoted hh8 for repair. Customer chose option a. Replaced part and 10 wp. Cycled unit on. Unit properly operating at this time. Went over relative humidity parameters and how to turn off and on unit customer chose to sign up for maintenance. Has already had furnace check done this year would like to start with ac in spring. Got on schedule for April 7th 9-12.

Blew out water trap. 55 ohm igntion. 55 degree also performed yearly maintenance on York air handler. Founs 10 kw heat kit pulling 20A each. 20/20/40. Customer still hearing dripping. Advised shouldn’t have noise in winter months. Blew out drain poured vinegar customer supplied. Advised more vinegar would be beneficial. May need to address come spring.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2004-2008 Goodman furnace. Cleaned flame sensor. 47 ohm igntion. Found inducer reading high amps. 2.52a. Part has high squeal while running. 45.3 degree deltat. Quoted hm8 for repair. Customer will wait for now. Replaced 16251 filter. Also found no dirt leg on water heater or furnace. Advised with 93 water heater, if changes were made at this point that he likely would need to replace heater. Customer is aware and counting days to replacement. Made call for cooling found compressor failed to start voltage absorption within manufacture specifications. Start and run winding reading 3.4 megaohm. Common winding reading 3 ohm. Failed compressor. Left quote for new ac system. Customer will get more bids and contact if wanting to move forward.

Cannot replace part would need to replace humidifier. Hh9a customer stated she cannot do repairs at this time. No issues upon departure
Responded to water leaking on floor. Customer explained water overflowing from t off evap coil. Poured 28 floz water into tee. Found water building up.. another clean out in front of furnace shows no water build up. Blockage between two tees. Flushed drain poured 6/7-28 floz water bottles into drain. Water properly getting disposed. Quoted ho1 for repair due to gold option chosen at last visit. Found male adapter from drain pan broken inside pan. Caulk was used to seal. Advised customer could break pan if trying to extract.. advised he could attempt caulking. Ballparked hf8a for replacement pan. Customer is not interested.

Annual maintenance check on 2 Rheem air conditioners. One unit was low on refrigerant, customer chose to replace we are installing a Bryant 114 on Monday
Drain repair
Responded to no cool found voltage absorption system swollen dead. Contactor has burned up and unit is in thermal lockout due to dirty coil. HN13 customer chose option D replaced parts cycled system and added surge protection started system. 20 degree deltat. Unit running upon departure.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2020 trane ac system. Found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 39.7/4.9. 60 inrush amps. No issues found at this time. Replaced 20201 filter. 20 degree deltat.

Furnace cycled into second stage properly running with 9.75%o2. 0 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. 20254 filter in need of replacement. Offered replacement with filter on van. Customer stated he will replace himself.
Responded to furnace no keeping up customer stated seems to take a while to cycle on. Found corrosion in drain line. Cleared trap. Furnace is running at this time. Before departure furnace faulted on inducer issue. Found voltage being sent to inducer but motor was not operating. Will call for pricing and availability in morning
