Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 18 furnace. 12.09%o2. 15 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. 46 degree deltat. 14-20-1 filter. Replaced #35wp. No issues found at this time.

Cost to replace Lennox furnace with Bryant two-stage variable speed furnace. Also cost to install heat pump that will get the $2000 tax credit.

Responded to no heat. High pressure switch issue. Found water in inducer motor. Dirty trap. Advised hf3 for cleaning trap and assess from there. Customer accepted. Cleaned trap. Found furnace still wanting to kick off on pressure issue. Found flu termination reduced to 1.5. 80k btu furnace 50 equivalent ft of flu ran. On verge of of needing 3 Flu ran. Presented option hm12 to cut out reducer. Customer accepted. Included trap cleaning under flu repair. Cycled system on. Furnace ran properly in first stage. Switched into second without issue. Running roughly 15 minutes. 7.7%o2. 11 ppm co in flu. 0 in supply. 70RA 128 Sa 58 degree deltat.

Performed Yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2002 Bryant AC system. R22 system cleaned up installation as customer had concerns. Insulation is in good health tape was peeling. Found fan motor rusted running high amps. HC8 for repair. Not in stock advised could be 5-7 business days customer wants to get one more year from system and replace

Installed new system. Started heat pump. 11 degree subcooling. Stat would not connect to app. Advised customer servers may be down and to try tomorrow. If issues persist we can reevaluate

Found 24 year old Bryant condenser void of charge system is leaking. Technician provided multiple options for Bryant replacement at customers request

Customer stated there was a sound of gurgling from the furnace, found drain tube for condensation was not pushed into floor drain creating noise. Reinstall drain line and the floor drain no further issues at this time. On a Bryant furnace.

Failed capacitor on a Bryant air conditioner. Replaced failed component and added start assist to reduce synergy consumption and extent compressor lifetime

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2010 Bryant air-conditioning system. Found 45/5 voltage absorption system reading 39.9/4.8. Found 189–227 hard start reading 193. Clean 16254 filter. Customer is not interested in surge protection at this time.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2020 Bryant air conditioning system. Found 40/5 voltage absorbed in system reading 40/5. 103.5 in Rush amps. Informed customer of surge protection customer will keep it in mind found 213 filter clean replaced last month. No issues found at this time

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2018 Bryant AC system found 40/5 orange absorption system reading 38.4/4.9. 84.9 inrush amps. Replaced 14201 filter. No issues found.

Upon arrival thermostat in off position. Made call for heat. Furnace cycled on properly. Ran with 10.8%o2. 11 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Furnace faulted on limit. Found filter to be in backwards. Found white particulate on filter consistent with room humidifier. Customer has humidifier in child’s bedroom. Room has independent returns.

Upon arrival furnace in lockout. Clean filter. Reset furnace furnace failed to cycle first attempt. Upon second attempt furnace cycled on properly. Cycled furnace multiple times. Furnace failed to fault while present. Advised can quote for board or inducer as inducer still has noise issues. Customer wanting to get by this year and replace come fall Wanted ballpark numbers for new furnace as current furnace is in operation. Ballparked 4500-7000 for 80% and 5000-7500 for 90%. Furnace running upon departure.

Upon arrival customer closed technician noise recorded on phone. Found inducer noise upon start up. Excess noise detected but In working order. Blower motor Almost seized up completely. Extreme noise upon slow startup. After startup motor failed into stationary position. Called for pricing. In stock. Presented hc6 and hm9 to customer to address concerns. Customer chose option a for both repairs. Retrieved parts and performed repair. Cycled system 9.8%o2. 2 ppm co in flu 0 ppm co in supply. 50 degree dletat. No issues upon departure.

Completed routine furnace maintenance and safety check for a Bryant unit to ensure proper ventilation and combustion. Inspected all components for potential hazards and adjusted settings for optimal safety.
