Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on Goodman air conditioner. Upon arrival customer requested technician straighten AC on health Stand. Upon further inspection found post used as stand loose from walll. Cannot straighten. Ballparked 1000-1400 to remove ac from stand and reinstall. Advised contractor may be able to secure it without removing ac. Customer stated she will call installing company and see if she can get it fixed. No issues found at this time.

During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for the furnace. Customer is not interested at this time. Technician left behind iwave air cleaner information for customer. No issues at time of departure.

Completed annual maintenance on a 2019 Goodman air conditioner. All electrical and mechanical components check out at this time. Technician spoke to customer about possible thermostat issue. Customer states the after 24 to 48 hours the thermostat resorts Back to 50° in the cooling mode. Technician went through the schedule on the thermostat and found nothing. Customer stated if the problem continues they will call the office back and set up a date to change the thermostat. Current thermostat is a nest.
