The existing furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which was causing potential safety hazards. I recommended the installation of a new furnace and humidifier. The new system included a Bryant Evolution 980T furnace and an Aprilaire 5000 humidifier. The installation involved replacing the old unit, ensuring proper airflow, connecting the humidifier to the furnace, and calibrating both systems for optimal performance and air quality. The system was tested and set to 68°F for efficient operation.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2022 payne furnace. Cleaned flame sensor blew out water trap. Ensured proper connections on all connections. Cycled furnace on. 6.86%o2. 24 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply 61 degree deltat. Replaced 20251 filter. Furnace is running properly and within manufactures specifications at this point in time with no cause for concerns.

Customer was wanting more of a wall heater then a Ductless mini split. No issues found at this time.
