Advised dust is starting to show on inside of return. Advised thinking about cleaning. Customer stated it's been about 5 years.

Responded to no cool found dead voltage absorption system. Quoted hn13 customer chose option b for upgraded part. Performed repair. Customer requested check refrigerant. No issues found. Unit running properly upon departure. 20 degree deltat.

Responded to no cool. Customer said it froze up. They let thaw for 24 hours and now thermostat states waiting reading sensors. Customer replaced filter and stated it was very dirty. Believed to be reason for freezing. Found good pressure with low subcooling. Dirty condenser. Offered to clean unit. Stated they will wash unit. Found thermistor had bad connection at heat pump. Replaced wire nuts and ensured good connection. Thermostat reading 91. 86 ambient temperature with sensor in sunlight. Accurate reading on stat. Unit cycled on properly multiple times

Breaker off at unit. Resupplied power. Found furnace cycled on properly. Ran for roughly 40 seconds and then blower died off. Advised blower will need replaced. Advised communication blower may have cause issues with board as well. Presented hc6a-e. A for blower b for blower and wheel, c-e as listed. Customer wants to do more research as he wasn’t expecting such a repair cost. Wants quote for replacement equipment as well. Will write quote and email this evening. Ac clean and check

Comfort maker heat pump was not operating. Technician arrived. Checked unit found no issues. Customer stated that he had cleaned evaporator coil himself. Technician believes unit was on thermal lockout due to dirty evaporator coil.

Responded to no heat. Found no voltage being sent to inducer motor. Explained customer overtime charges to open supply house. Quoted he20 a-e customer chose option a and understands subject to price change due to part price. Opened supply house. Retrieved part. Had to upgrade repair to option B. Confirmed okay with customer before work performed customer accepted repair cost performed repair and cycled system. Furnace cycled on properly running with 10%o2. 4 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Found inducer motor to be running loud. 99 furnace customer is aware and is expecting to replace before next heating season

Advised will need a couple hours to take hot shower. Founs water leaking from furnace. Customer had maintenance service performed in recent past. Found loose water line. Resecured water line. No further issues found. Water heater is working upon departure.
