Found high resistance in motor windings found lineset insulation dry rotted showing copper pipe. . Informed customer of concerns and possible issues in upcoming years. Customer interested in repair today. Hc8. Customer chose option c. Retrieved part and performed repair. No further concerns at this point in time
Performed yearly maintenance safety checks on 2020 air conditioning system. Found 45/5 voltage absorption system reading 45/5. Found 72 inrush amps. 72 RA 52SA. Cleaned system. Informed customer Of surge protection customer is not interested at this point in time.

Found high resistance on start winding of fan motor. Informed customer of findings and advised to expect issues in upcoming years. Customer is not interested in repairs today. Cleaned unit. 43 inrush amps.

Technician responded to a no heat on a 2009 tempstar furnace. Upon arrival the technician found code 3 pressure switch open code on control board. Technician reset unit and tried to cycle. When the unicycle to technician heard a buzz/grind from the combustion exhaust system. Technician presented options hm8a-e. Customer chose option A. Technician completed repair and cycled unit successfully. No issues at time of departure.
Performed,re d yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2006 icp 90% furnace. System is running properly and within manufacture specifications at this time. Inducer motor is sounding a little rough informed customer but part is not a concern at this particular moment.
Customer stated furnace popped breaker whenever calling for cooling. Maintenance man said furnace would start up in heat and run. However technician tested theory and system popped breaker when calling for blower in head and cool. Informed customer of fault and offered option hc23b-e to replace board blower wheel and motor. Customer chose option b. Technician retrieved parts and performed repair. Cycled system in both heating and cooling modes. System cycled on and off properly each time with no cause for concern
