22 year old Bryant air conditioner is low on refrigerant. Evaporator coil is in need of replacement. Due to the type of refrigerant customer wanted estimate for replacement. Proposed Bryant equipment.
Gas fireplace was not coming on. Found fault with valve not operating

Ac safety check and maintenance on 2022 Bryant air conditioning, all electrical secured, no issues found , system working properly upon departure.
Bryant, furnace and air conditioner, customer stated unit was not keeping up with hot weather. Checked filter, April air 213 filter was dirty and in need of replacement. Technician changed filter recheck system. System is operating at this time with no issues.

Upon arrival thermostat satisfied at 75. Water coming from furnace/ac. Found clog in drain pan not allowing water to be disposed properly. Hf3 customer stated he has home warranty and wants to go with bandaid. Performed repair found furnace in poor condition. Obvious water damage over years in combustion and blower compartments. Board very corroded. Board alternating flash’s indicating issue. Condenser running blower would not run. Will call tomorrow for repair quote on system.
