Completed a furnace safety inspection on a Trane XV80. I inspected the heat exchanger for cracks and signs of wear, checked the gas valve and pressure, and verified proper combustion. I tested the ignition system and ensured the blower motor was functioning properly. The exhaust flue was inspected for blockages, and carbon monoxide levels were checked, with no readings detected. Electrical connections were secure, and I updated the safety sticker.
