Customer nor tech Experienced vibration noise. Ran in cooling,em heat, and tested defrost to find similar results. Covered today trip under repair. Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2007 Goodman air conditioning system found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 39.9/5. Found condenser fan motor running high amps and has surface rust. Called for pricing. Quoted Hc8c-e. Customer denied repairs at this time and will prepare for issues Or to address concerns at a later date. Customer parents working in basement advised to replace filter 2-3 times as often to prevent buildup or inefficiency’s

Customer chose option c to have upgraded absorption system and start assist added to system. Performed repair. Found loose low voltage wire. Secured connection. System running upon departure 74/54. 20 degree deltat. No issues at this time.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2023 Bryant AC system. Found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 40/5. 84.3 inrush. No issues found at this time. Left new 16251 filter.
Responded to furnace issues. Customer stated filter only lasted about 3 weeks before furnace overheats. Found multiple closed registers on every floor of home. Opened all registers for maximum airflow. Filter is white and full of while particle matter typically associated with isolated room humidifiers. Customer uses humidifiers upstairs with baby advised to be sure to use distilled water specifically cannot check at this time as baby is in room being attended to. Customer chose to sign up for maintenance customer requested we start with ac check. Cycled furnace. Found steady running state of 32 degree deltat. Pushing 108 degree supply air.
Upon arrival found water leaking onto floor from return. Found water panel sucked into return. Customer opted to have pad replaced. Furnace coding 3. Pressure switch. Found inducer port clear removed flu to fine no obstruction. Found significant corrosion/rust on heat exchanger upon returning furnace to service found furnace firing up and running. Inducer motor has squealing and excess noise. Will call Tomorrow for pricing and Availability pressure switch and inducer motor. Left quote for full system for customer.

Replaced failed igniter and flame sensor on a Bryant furnace
Complete an annual maintenance on a 2004 Bryant furnace. During testing of the unit, the technician found no electrical protection device, as well as dirt beginning to form on air circulation system. Customer is not interested in repair options at this time. Technician showed customer how to operate current thermostat. Customer did not want any new thermostat due to level of difficulty to operate. Technician verified successful operation and drainage of humidification system, so humidity levels at 35%, and replaced 10wp. Technician verified. Customer has functional carbon monoxide detector. Technician left customer with business card if she has any issues or questions about thermostat again in the future.
Cost to install central air conditioning. Air conditioning compressor has failed price to install new.
No cool on an unknown year, make and model air conditioner. Initial inspection of the outdoor unit technician found multiple plants and thick limbs growing into and through the unit. Technician tried to cycle unit but was unsuccessful. Technician verified incoming voltage, and found compressor to have failed. Technician also found voltage distribution system to show signs of age/pitting, and the air circulation system to be leaking oil. Customer is aware of age and condition of unit and wanted quote for replacement. Jamie out later today per office. Technician collected $79 service charge.

Made call for cooling upon arrival. No abnormal smells upon walking into home. Custoemr stated around 3-330am she got up and went to living room. Smelt burning. Woke husband up. Husband shut off system through thermostat. Opened window to dissipate smell had system running for roughly 10 minutes. Technician nor customer could smell burning smell. Had customer sniff near furnace. Customer did not smell burning smell from morning. No sign of burning or overheating with blower motor. Control board has browning near resistor. Roughly 2001 furnace. Nothing abnormal in blower wheel, coil or housing. Advised possibly overheating inside blower motor. Also could be board , but hesitant with smell being strong enough to sense throughout home. lack of signs of overheating made it hard to determine where smell is source. With age of system customer would rather replace system then put money towards this unit. On schedule for quote this evening.
