Working for our client in Reynoldsburg, OH, I performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on a 14-year-old Bryant furnace. I cycled the heat and recorded 6.9% O₂, 47 ppm CO in the flue, and 0 ppm CO in the supply, with a 47-degree Delta T. I replaced the 16x25x1 air filter, measured the ignition at 47 ohms, and cleaned the flame sensor and flue trap. No issues were identified during this inspection.
Furnace check
Responded to fireplace. Found no gas valve. Opened gas attempted to light fireplace. Flames erupted throughout fireplace opening. Flames 6-9 inches tall. Shut off gas and advised new incert need to be installed.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 17 rheem furnace. Found 10.93% o2. 52 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm Co in supply. 100 degree stack. Cleaned flame sensor blew out trap 7.5 voltage absorption system reading 7.3. Left new 16251 filter. No issues found at this time.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2015 rheem furnace.customer replaced her own water panel. Blew out water trap. Cleaned flame sensor. 7.5 voltage absorption system reading 7.3. Made call for heat. Found 9.77%o2. 27 ppm co in flu 0 ppm co in supply. 55 degree deltat. Customer also inquired about water heater left quote. Will talk to husband and get with office to schedule if need be
Responded to no heat. Upon wiggling spark ignition furnace fired. Advised 1982 furnace will have obsolete components. Can leave quote. Furnace running upon departure. 25 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Left quote for new system.

Yes Installed new 50 gallon water heater. Replaced ball valve shut off for water. Replaced tank. Flu is Properly drafting no leaks at water connections. No gas leaks at this time.
Customer had roto rooter outstated water coming from ac. Found pump full. Hard wired into board. Ground came loose. Sh3a to Resecured ground wire and test pump. Customer accepted. Pump cleared water. Found water dripping into floor from behind wall. Advised customer pump is working properly without issues. Additional issues behind wall. Pump drains into plumbing outside of wall. No water from pump/vinyl. Advised issues seem to be coming from inside wall/ behind sink.
Found blower seized up not operational. Motor is obsolete. Cannot find specs will need to remove blower and take in to compare for Universal motor.. advised no warranty comes with universal motors. Repair options would be HC12. cust9mer would rather put money into replacement. If filling out financing now. Left quote for 80%45k furnaces

May call for cooling upon arrival found outdoor unit cycled on compressor did not cycle, found voltage absorption system drained not providing assistance needed quoted HN13 customer chose option b to replace part with oem part and basic cleaning of condenser. Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2021 Bryant AC system. Found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 38.9/4.9. 72 in rush amps. Customer asked about humidifier water panel replacement, customer will replace humidifier panel themselves, has it been done since install advised to do it as soon as possible.
Made call for cooling compressor making horrible grinding type noise for roughly 1 second and then shutting off. Found 35/5 voltage absorption system within manufacture specifications. Proper voltage to unit. Found wire on bottom of contactor typically found on top. Switched wire. Compressor sounded slightly better ran for roughly 2-3 seconds before shutting down. Advised compressor damage has occurred. Will call tomorrow for quote on repair. Left new quote for 2.5 ton unit replacement customer will compare and contrast after quote.

Responded to no cool situation. Resupply power to unit customer stated breaker would trip immediately found breaker would trip immediately for 4 attempts. Breaker stayed on for 5th attempt. Found short at disconnect box high voltage rubbed through to metal. Older unit owner believes it’s original to home roughly 2009. No data plate legible. Hb5a-e. Due to age and cannot order parts cust9mer chose option a. Retrieved parts and performed repair. 20 degree deltat. 68/48. No issues at this time
Due to tornado watch in area advised customer we would reach out to schedule tomorrow. She will be home at 415 Upon arrival customer stated furnace was not operating at all found 120 V coming to board but no LED or low-voltage found bad transformer presented options HD3 a through E customer chose option C performed repair of transformer voltage absorption system flame sensing system and surge protection. Found voltage being stolen as well as an extra short trace back to voltage distribution system of AC system. Presented options HD2 a through E customer chose option C performed voltage distribution system repair as well as cleaned condenser coil and replaced voltage absorption system. Cycled system system currently running with 21° delta T. No further issues at this time
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2019 Bryant AC system found 45/5 voltage absorption system reading 43.7/5. 70.2 in Rush amps 88–108 hard start reading 105. Replaced customer supplied 213 filter. 70 RA 49 SA 21 degree deltat. No issues found at this time.
